How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We will make every effort to ship your order within 4 working days of receiving your order (this does not include weekends and bank holidays). If there is to be any delay for any reason you will be informed by email.
Special order items i.e. those which are made to order due to the item being of limited edition you will need to allow approximately 6 weeks for delivery. Once your order has been dispatched (and you live within the UK) expect your order to arrive within 4 working days. For shipments further afield, please allow between 4-14 working days.
Can I track the progress of my order?
You can track the progress of your order by signing into your account and clicking on ‘My Orders’. There you’ll be able to see when your items were dispatched, and as well as any tracking codes assigned to your delivery.
What shall I do if my order is later than expected?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 4 days of the dispatch date for the UK, or 4-14 days for overseas, please get in touch with us at email@example.com or call +44 (0)1785 607 923 and we’ll make the necessary investigations and get back in touch to let you know what is going on.
